When making a purchase at any of our participating stores and showing a foreign passport or current official picture identification, international visitors pay the purchase price, including sales tax, and are given a voucher, along with the associated sales receipt or invoice. To obtain the refund at a Refund Center, customers must present all vouchers, the corresponding sales receipts, their passport, and international travel ticket.
